PROEstate-2008 International Real Estate Investment Forum will take place in Saint Petersburg September 3-5. This key real estate market exhibit annually gathers business and political leaders to discuss important real estate issues and to evaluate new investment projects in the real estate markets of Russia, West and East European countries, and the CIS.

A well-balanced program of PROEstate-2008 provides advantageous opportunities for participants and visitors. Attending its exhibition, conferences, panel discussions and other events you will get the first-hand information on the real estate markets of Russia and all over the world.

Latest projects will be presented by their owners and developers on the 8 000m2 exhibition floor. Unique case studies will be discussed at the events moderated and attended by the leading Russian and foreign experts and professionals of the real estate market.

At the Forum, Perm will be presenting several investment projects. "We are presenting prospective land for housing development and commercial property development, as well as land within the build-up area development plan", first deputy city manager Anatoly Makhovikov said.

All the projects aim at solving the key problems of Perm: slum dwelling resettlement, improvement of living conditions, housing and commercial property development, and city infrastructure development.
"By participating in one of the most prestigious international economic forums held in Russia, we would like to draw the attention of major investors to our city, to show that Perm is open for communication and collaboration in development of investment projects", Makhovikov added.
